Les Rossignols is an early 16th century stone cottage in typically Breton style. It is fully tiled throughout the ground floor and has pine floors upstairs which are both child friendly. The ground floor of this cottage is a spacious open plan area with exposed beams and a wood burner set into a huge original granite fireplace, a comfortable sofa plus 2 armchairs, English satellite TV with DVD and video players, music centre, dining table and chairs, and well equipped and fitted kitchen area with built under electric oven, gas hob, cooker hood, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is a wide selection of English books, videos and board games to suit all ages.
There is a rear door to the lovely private enclosed garden and patio area with table, chairs, sunshade, barbecue and swings for this Gite. There is a locked gate which opens into the gardens surrounding the heated swimming pool and terrace area.
Going back inside, pine stairs lead to the first floor:
Bedroom 1 with a double bed, Bedroom 2 with a single bed and a set of sturdy pine bunk beds, and a family shower room.. The Gite is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils, duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels. Electric radiators are available to heat the bedrooms out of season..
