An early 16th century stone Manoir in typically Breton style.  Sleeps 12/14

Les Hirondelles is an early 16th century stone manoir which is very spacious with lots of character features including a magnificent granite fireplace in the sitting room, a stone spiral staircase in its own tower, lots of beams and flagstoned floors.  There is a large woodburner and it is also centrally heated making it ideal for large family gatherings during the winter. All the rooms are very spacious. The sitting room has 3 comfortable sofas plus a foot stool and floor cushions, English and French satellite television with DVD and video players and a music centre.  There is a wide selection of English books, videos and board games to suit all ages.

The dining room has a large oak refectory table which can seat 12/14 and there is a very well fitted and equipped kitchen with a range cooker, fridge, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc, in fact everything you could possibly need!  There is a double bedroom on the ground floor (the Red Room) which has a king sized bed and an en suite wet/shower room suitable for those with mobility difficulties. 

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms:  the Yellow Room has a king sized bed with an en suite shower room; the Green Room has a king sized bed with an en suite bathroom; and the Dormitory has 2 sets of full size bunk beds plus 2 single beds; there's also the possibility of 2 small beds on the mezzanine for children aged 10 or under. 

There is a very large enclosed garden and patio area with table, chairs, sunshade, barbecue, etc. There is a locked gate which opens into the gardens surrounding the heated swimming pool and terrace area.

The Gîte is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils, duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels.
